Refund & Exchange Policy

At LeftyGuitaristTees.com, every single item is custom-made to order just for you. Because we do not keep a physical warehouse of pre-printed stock, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply change your mind. 

Please review our size charts carefully on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.

Damages, Misprints, and Order Mistakes

We want you to love your gear! Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, contains a printing error, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong size or design, contact us immediately at admin@leftyguitarist.com. 

To help us resolve things quickly for you, please include:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photograph showing the damage or the misprint/incorrect size tag

We will review the issue right away and arrange a replacement or refund completely at our expense. 

Cancellation Window

Because orders are routed directly to our custom printing partners to ensure fast delivery, we can only cancel or amend an order within 1 hour of purchase. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the custom nature of our goods, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you retain the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please contact admin@leftyguitarist.com to initiate an EU statutory return.
